6th Glitch!
This time its a backround GLITCH!idk how to do this... but i think this guy did it like this
1- If you were a citizen before and had this backround .. u ca do this
2- click ur playercard and then click the backround
3- Choose this backround if u have!
4- TADA! u got a citizen backround.. also ur not a citizen xD!
