Player Card Update + Agents Can Now Send A Warning! >:o

Hey guys!

Today the player card got a little change - now its darker.
Agents got an update too - they can send a waring to a chobot who is breaking the chobots rules.
If an agent will abuse this option, all agents will loose it.
