Hello Chobots,
As you know, it's July - a new month. That means that we need new journalists! If you don't know what is the journalist program, it's a program that awards bloggers around Chobots that got skills in blogging, posting, templates-creating, etc. Here are some frequently asked questions about the journalist program:

Q: What is a journalist?
A: A journalist is a chobot who is active on the Chobots community - Blogging about Chobots and posting on the forum.

Q: What do journalists get?
A: A journalist gets 5000 bugs every month on the 1st of the month. You will get an in-game badge at the bottom left of your player card that is linked with your blog. Also, your blog will be added to the official blogroll on the main blog.

Q: How can I be a journalist?
A: First of all, you need to be active on the Chobots community.

• You need to have a blog with nice graphics (header, template, etc.). You need to post your own content on your blog - not a copied content from somewhere else. You are free to use the main blog pictures to your posts.
• You need to be active on the community in-game too - help chobots in-game.
• You can also be active on the forum - comment on posts and make threads.

To be a journalist, you need to do atleast one of the mentioned things above.
I think that the idea for the journalists program is a wonderful idea. It could help young journalists to publish their amazing works. If you want to apply to be a journalist, comment here your blog link. Remember, you can apply only 1 time each month. Good luck to everyone.

It's June now, so there are few cool updates on Chobots:
Every month got its cool Citizenship items, so that means that there are new Citizenship items!

So this month, we got the next citizenship plans:
1 Month Of Citizenship.
 Gifts: 20,000 bugs , Scuba suit.

6 Months Of Citizenship.
 Gifts: 120,000 bugs , Bee suit.
  Bonus gift: Free Chopix Suit.

The Chopix suit looks awesome! Are you gonna buy Citizenship this month?
Remember the badges update (new design for some badges)? The development team decided to change them again (small colors change):

In this picture you can see the first design of the updated badges, the 2nd design of them and the 3rd design of them - the current design. The 'Support' badge didn't change. The developer and the designer badges got some color changes - the developer badge is now white and blue and the designer badge is now yellow and orange. I really like the new colors of the Developer badge, but I prefer the old colors of the designer badges, it looks better (my opinion).
There's a small update in the Classroom - The development team added an arrow that shows the way to the Chill Zone.

I think that this could help the boys to find their hangout place.
Every month, there are different events. This month, we got the next events:

We got a beach party on June 2. Choproff & Chopix will come back to Chobots on June 12 until June 19. There's an event called 'Summer' on the 20th, I wonder what's going to happen. And there's a surprise on June 30, can't wait to see this surprise.
Artists, the entrance to your wall is now animated.

Both entrances are now animated. This looks more professional now.
Finally, the beach is here. If you played Chobots.net in October, you would probably remember the beach. The development team brought it back with a cool new look!

The beach is a nice place to Chill Out when it's really hot outside. The beach is awesome.
The development team added the family button back.

Now you can view your "Chobots Family" again.
Every month there's a different loader - this month, we got an alien spaceship loader!

This loader looks really cool. It fits the Chobots space theme.

It's almost June, so it's time to choose new journalists for chobots.
If you are new in Chobots, the journalists program is a program to award the bloggers that blog about chobots.
Journalists get a journalist badge in their player cards, place in the official blogroll, and you will get 5000 bugs every month. If you wanna apply to be a journalist, email support@chobots.net with your blog link. Also, old journalists (May 2012 journalists) will have to resubmit their blog to be a journalist.
