Hey Chobots,

Long time no post! In the past few days, I was very busy (I'm still busy with school and real life stuff though) so I couldn't update the blog. Anyways, I had some free time today, so I decided to post today's news & updates.
Today's news & updates are mostly about the new Halloween stuff that we got:

• Homepage: First of all, the homepage has been decorated for Halloween - The background in the game play page is now a grey - dark grey gradient. You can see that the in-game window is now darker. You can also see some bats, a witch hat and slenderman(cho).
  
  The background is darker in the log in page too. You can see some pumpkins around the screen.
  
• Servers Select: The servers selection page has been updated too - the background of the page is darker in here too, and the cities got renamed to Halloween names.
  
• Loader: The loader has been updated too - the loader is Sharonda The Soul Swallower. She is the new quest (Scroll down for more details about the quest).
• Map: The map has been Halloween-themed too! It looks darker now (The background, the server name).
  
• Locations: As you probably figured out, the locations have been decorated even more for Halloween! The Cafe Street is now darker, and there are a lot of Autumn leaves around the location. Also, once in a while some bats or a witch will fly in the room!
  
  The park is now darker, too. You can see some big and grey clouds in the Park. There are also some candles near the Halloween tree.
  
  There are not a lot of changes in the Location Eco. The room is darker now, and there are more Autumn leaves around the location.
  
  The Shop square lights are very dark too, even darker than the Location Eco ones. There are big and grey clouds in here too. You can find some candles in this location too.
  
  The Shop has been updated too - Someone turned the lights off there, so you can barely see something.
  
  The Space Quay is darker now. There are some Autumn leaves in here too.
  
  The Space Port Square looks like most of the other locations in game. The room is darker now, there are Autumn leaves around and there are some pumpkins in the room.
  
  The Rope Street is darker too, and there are some Autumn leaves in this location too. Sharonda The Soul Swallower is in this location (Not in the picture).
  
  In the Academy Street you'll find some candles, big grey clouds and some Autumn leaves. The room is darker now too.
  
  The Missions Street is now darker too - the colors are more 'black and white', and there are a lot of Autumn leaves in this location.
  
  The Rockemall Street has been decorated too - there are some Autumn leaves there, and an Autumn tree. The room is now darker too.
  
  The robots arena is now darker too. There are no other decorations in this room.
  
  The COW MISSION is decorated for Halloween too - there are some Autumn leaves around the room. Daisy dressed as a devil, and her milk is now red!
  
• Cursors: The game cursors have been updated too - They are now black and white. It is the first time that the cursors get updated for an event.
  
• Slenderman: Slenderman has been spotted walking around the Chobots world. I met him too, today. He was looking at me, but it wasn't so scary. Then he just... disappeared...
  
• Sharonda The Soul Swallower: As I told you before in this post, there is a new quest, or should I say, a daemon? You can find Sharonda at the Rope Street, at the place where the elf was standing, back in December 2011.
  
  If you want to start the quest, click on Sharonda, to get the details.
  
  

  Sharonda The Soul Swallower: Ugh, a chobot. What do you want?! Get OUT of here before I swallow your soul...
  Sorry, that's a bit mean. I'm just angry because a couple of my bats few away and I can't find them anywhere... Hey, I'll give you a basket I stole from a Chobot if you bring me my bats. Bring one at a time.

  Now you got the details that you need. You need to find 8 bats to get the prize. So, go and get them! A bat looks like that:
  
  If you will find a bat, click on it to pick it up. Then go back to the Rope Street to Sharonda.
  
  

  Sharonda The Soul Swallower: BATTY! I missed you so much. I promise I'll feed you next time...
  You, Chobot, find me my other bats, Quickly, before the sun rises.

  Find 7 more bats to complete the quest. When you'll find the final bat, bring it to Sharonda.
  
  

  Sharonda The Soul Swallower: You are a lifesaver! I guess you want your prize now...? Eh, brb, toilet.
  *While Sharonda The Soul Swallower is away, you steal a backpack and some of her candy and run away*

  When you will close the window, you will see that you got a prize - a pumpkin backpack!
  
  
  Note: The pumpkin backpack is for Citizens only.
  After stealing the pumpkin backpack and some candies from Sharonda The Soul Swallower, leave the room. You can go to anywhere, so you'll see the next step. After leaving the room, you will see a new button in the user interface - a trick-or-treat pumpkin backpack (the backpack that you got from Sharonda).
  
  If you will click on this backpack, a small window will open at the right side of the window. In the window you will see your amount of candies. Click on the Exchange button to exchange the candies for some cool items!
  
  When you will click on the exchange button, a window will open. You will see the witch that was at the cafe street, from last year's Halloween party, that had a catalog where you could buy Halloween items. This time, the witch got a magic cauldron. There you can find 9 cool Halloween items.
  
  Each item costs a different amount of candies. The items that the witch got this year are:
  
  
  1. Witch Costume. 17 Candies. Citizens Only.
  2. Frankenstein Costume. 19 Candies. Citizens Only.
  3. Fairy Costume. 17 Candies. Citizens Only.
  4. Pumpkin Wizard Costume. 20 Candies.
  5. Pumpkin Mask. 5 Candies.
  6. Vampire Mask. 4 Candies.
  7. Vampire Costume. 15 Candies. Citizens Only.
  8. Ghost Costume. 16 Candies.
  9. Halloween Background. 8 Candies.
  To get more candies, you have to finish the quest again, and again.
• New Agents: There are 5 new agents in the agents team - Hummingbirdvani, Peace, Master720, Rage, and Eggs. Congratulations guys!
• Trackers: The trackers finally work, so you can now see if someone is online and where.

Hello Chobots,

It has been a week since Samantha was reported missing, and the mystery has finally been solved! Many great entries were submitted, it was a very tough choice to pick only 3 winners. There were many creative entries, but only 3 of them can win.

The winners are:
In 3rd place, we got Comebackiid with a cool entry! Reporter Comebackiid is telling how he saw a Nicho kidnapping Samantha. He didn't have any evidences, so he had to check the security camera at the Music Stage to get a proof. Very nice story.

In 2nd place, we got Shoobeedoop, with a great entry! Reporter Shoobeedoop is telling that she saw a 'Lost' poster with Samantha's picture, and when she asked people about her, they answered that she acted strange. And even her hair color got changed!

In 1st place, we got Twinklefairyx, with an awesome entry! Reporter Twinklefairyx was the one that solved the mystery, and to find Samantha! She found Samantha wearing a skeleton costume, with some of her friends at the Cinema, watching a horror movie. Great Story!

Hello Chobots,

I'm back from my vacation, so that means that I'm back to Chobots. When I wasn't here, I logged in few times to see what's going on.
I saw the new citizen shortcuts button. Citizens, what do you think?

So today, there are news & updates too. First of all, the Cafe Street got some updates;
The Cafe Street is darker now. I think that it's darker because of Halloween.

There is a new Halloween banner. In the banner you can see a witch with a black hat, an Autumn tree with an owl in it, and some bats flying behind the witch.


As you can see, there is a new banner there;

In the pictures, you can see 2 Chobots. Every Chobot got a different body; two of the old Chobots bodies.
An orange Chobot with the old body from Chobots.com, wearing the hair that the developer Go! from Chobots.com used to wear, and she is wearing a green dress. The second Chobot got a green & yellow hat with a crown on it. He is wearing a dark blue & red shirt with a star on it. There is a green pet with an autumn leaf between the Chobots. The Chobots are in an autumn forest with autumn trees. In one of the trees, you can see an owl. There are some mushrooms on the ground too.

Also, there are some academy contests right now; Sliders, Checkers and Chess. The contests will end on September the 30th, at 00:00 (12:00 A.M) Cho-Time.

That's everything for now. I'll post some party pictures from today's animals party tomorrow.
